Shipping Policy

At Corvia, we do our best to get your order to you quickly and with care.

  • Order Processing
    All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

  • Delivery Times
    Standard delivery takes 6–12 business days depending on your location.

  • Peak Periods
    During times of higher demand (such as seasonal sales or new product launches), delivery may take a little longer—up to 20 days in rare cases. We’ll always keep you updated so you know exactly where your order is.

  • Cancellations & Changes
    Because our warehouse is fully automated, orders are typically forwarded to shipping within 24 hours—which means cancellations can’t be made once the process has started. If you’d like to make a return, simply wait until your package arrives and we’ll be here to support you through the return process.
    However, in some cases we may still be able to update address details, sizes, or variants if you reach out quickly after placing your order. If you spot a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopcorvia.com

  • Address Policy
    For smooth delivery, please provide a valid residential or commercial address. We’re not able to ship to P.O. Boxes, government offices, military bases, schools, hospitals, rural or remote areas, or tourist locations.
