Hi! We want you to love every piece you get from Corvia. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it easy for you.
📌 Important Notice
At this time, only U.S. orders are eligible for Corvia return services. We are not accepting returns for orders shipped outside the United States.
🚨 Cancellation & Changes
Because our warehouse is fully automated, orders are typically forwarded to shipping within 24 hours—which means cancellations can’t be made once the process has started. If you’d like to make a return, simply wait until your package arrives and we’ll be here to support you through the return process.
However, in some cases we may still be able to update address details, sizes, or variants if you reach out quickly after placing your order. If you spot a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopcorvia.com
⏳ Our Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To qualify, items must be:

In the same condition you received them (unworn, unused, with tags).

Packed in their original packaging.

Accompanied by proof of purchase.
If an item doesn’t meet these guidelines, a restocking fee of the whole order (15–25%)may apply, or we may need to decline the return.
📬 How to Start a Return
Simply email us at support@shopcorvia.com and our team will guide you step by step. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you the correct return address and instructions.
⚠️ Please don’t send items back to the sender’s address printed on the package — that isn’t our return location.
⚠️ Items sent back without contacting us first can’t be accepted.

🔄 Exchanges
Looking for a different size or color? We’ve got you! Exchanges are available within 30 days. A small Exchange Processing & Shipping Feewill apply, and our support team will provide all the details.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment methodwithin 10 business days.

Depending on the condition of the item, a restocking fee of 15–25%will be applied.

📦 Damages & Issues
We carefully check every order before it leaves, but if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
📭 Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, let us know within 5 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate, and when appropriate, offer a one-time replacement.
🔒 Fraud Prevention
To keep Corvia safe for everyone, we verify billing and shipping details and monitor transactions for suspicious activity. If something looks unusual, we may reach out for extra confirmation, or in rare cases, cancel the order and notify you immediately.
